Sobi’s Doptelet Connect

Sobi offers the Doptelet Connect program to provide access and reimbursement support to patients who have been prescribed Doptelet (Table).

Doptelet Connect

Doptelet Connect can provide options that may be available to your patients, such as the Doptelet Copay Assistance Program, the Doptelet Patient Assistance Program, and the Doptelet Free Trial Offer.

Doptelet Copay Assistance Program

The Doptelet Copay Assistance Program is for eligible patients who have commercial insurance. Patients may pay as little as $0 per prescription, up to a maximum of $15,000 per calendar year. Patients may be eligible if they:

• Have commercial insurance coverage that covers Doptelet
• Are not enrolled in any state or federal healthcare program such as Medicare, Medicaid, Medigap, Veterans Administration, Department of Defense, TRICARE, or any other federal or state healthcare program
• Are 18 years of age or older
• Are a resident of the United States or a US territory.

Doptelet Patient Assistance Program

The Patient Assistance Program provides Doptelet at no cost to patients who meet the eligibility requirements. The enrollment form can be found online.

Doptelet Free Trial Offer

The Doptelet Free Trial Offer provides a 15-day supply of Doptelet to patients who are new to Doptelet and have immune thrombocytopenia. The Free Trial Offer allows physicians and patients to evaluate a patient’s clinical response to Doptelet to determine whether it is the appropriate treatment.
