Helsinn Therapeutics offers the Helsinn Cares program that supports access, reimbursement, and assistance for patients who are prescribed a Helsinn Therapeutics oncology medication (Table).

Helsinn Cares Services

Akynzeo Capsule Savings Card

Patients with private insurance may pay as little as $0 copay through the Akynzeo Savings Program. No active enrollment or activation is required, simply download a preactivated savings card at AKYNZEOsavingsprogram.com.

Akynzeo Patient Assistance Program

Helsinn may be able to help eligible patients pay for Akynzeo through the Patient Assistance Program. Patients may be eligible if they:

• Are prescribed Akynzeo
• Have a valid mailing address that is not a PO box
• Are a US resident (includes Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands)
• Are uninsured or underinsured, with no covered Akynzeo benefit
• Are insured, but prior authorization and 1 appeal were denied for on-label FDA indication use
• Meet income criteria (income documentation is required).

Valchlor Support Program

When you enroll your patient in Valchlor Support, a reimbursement specialist can help determine patient eligibility for financial assistance through the Valchlor Copay Program or a referral to patient assistance programs.

Valchlor Copay Program

Patients with private insurance who are prescribed Valchlor may be eligible for a $0 copay for each prescription fill of Valchlor through Valchlor Support.

Patients eligible for coverage under the Valchlor copay program must meet the following requirements:

• Be aged 18 years or older
• Be a resident of the United States or Puerto Rico
• Not be insured by Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense (TRICARE), the Indian Health Service, or any other federal- or state-subsidized insurance program.
